The sound is crystal clear with little background hiss but the bass is heavy enough to give weight to the sound. It's a great set too, with the versions of Tazer Floyd, Motherfucker=Redeemer, Moya and Dead Metheny among the best I've heard. Definitely the best live version of Dead Metheny I've heard. The version of MFR has a slightly different ending, without the annoying George Bush exerpts which I am not a fan of.
